Information about the scope of our services
Sardinia Property Care provides operational property support, inspection and coordination services on behalf of property owners.
We do not act as a real estate intermediary or broker rental agreements, we do not seek tenants or guests independently, and we do not operate as a landlord or accommodation provider in our own name.
Administrative and digital services are provided exclusively within the agreed scope and, where required, on the basis of the relevant powers of attorney, authorisations and access permissions.
